Philip is a distinguished business executive with over four decades of experience in strategic management, real estate, and consulting. His career is marked by a consistent track record of driving revenue growth, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional results across various industries. He has brokered over $650 million in real estate assets and co-founded firms with over 125 employees, earning recognition from the US Chamber of Commerce with the Blue Chip Enterprise Award.

Thomas Brophy, Chief Strategic Advisor

Tom has been a healthcare thought leader for more than 30 years. He has successfully built value in organizations from start-up to more than $13 Billion in revenue. Tom’s roots are in finance, but he has demonstrated fluency in product development, marketing, and P&L management in addition to mergers and acquisitions.

As CFO, Tom nurtured a health plan from infancy to over $3 Billion in revenue in the early years of managed care. Tom now devotes his time to projects that he is passionate about. He works on and invests in healthcare initiatives that focus on population health, improving primary care access, and health outcomes. Tom also works alongside his three sons in a few non-medical related family ventures that they are building together.

Dr. Michael Kaufman, Chief Medical Advisor

Michael Kaufman, MD, JD, has been a senior healthcare executive for over 25 years. He has served as the Chief Medical Officer of WellPoint Health Network, PacifiCare Health Systems, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Alameda Alliance for Health, and Astiva Health. In these roles, he has been directly responsible for medical leadership of Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid programs.

Specifically, he was a member of the senior leadership team and oversaw medical management, quality of care, regulatory compliance, population health, value-based contracting, behavioral health, pharmacy, and healthcare data analytics. Dr. Kaufman began his healthcare career as a lawyer specializing in managed care and hospital regulatory issues. He also founded and was the CEO of 2mPlus, a healthcare consulting company. Dr. Kaufman is a Board Certified Pediatrician with a clinical background as a pediatric hospitalist.
